will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully satisfied and

or near Flaundon in the Hamlet of Bovingdon being copyhold and hold of
the Manor of Hemelhempsted together with Gardens Homes and
appurtenances thereof unto them my two Sons their heirs Executors
administrators or assigns for [?] upon trust that they shall offer any

mind and Will is that the Rents shall not exceed six pounds by the year
and I direct my two Sons John Glenester and Joseph Glenester to pay the
rent as aforesaid by yearly or half yearly payments unto my beloved
Wife Mary Glenester towards her maintenance during the time of her
natural life and if my two Sons aforesaid shall refuse or neglect to
pay unto her my said Wife as aforesaid then she shall have full p[?] to
take the said cottages or Tenements to herself and to take demand and
receive the rents to herself during [?]ain of her natural life the

Law John Bateman and my Will is that the said John Bateman shall not be
